Florida Ski Adventures - A Florida Snow Ski Club
Florida Ski Adventures 2011 Vail Welcome Letter

June 22, 2010

Dear FSA Skiers:

We now have all contracts signed and we are very excited about our 2011 destination, Vail, Colorado. Vail is the largest ski resort in the United States, contains the most groomed trials in the world, seven back bowls, and four terrain parks. Vail is rated the #1 ski resort in the United States. This thrilling mountain playground also offers much more than skiing and snowboarding. Your choices include ice skating, tubing, sledding, snow mobiling and much more. Adventure comes in other forms as well: shopping, dining and tons of nightlife. I am very excited about our hotel, The Vail Cascade Resort and Spa. Check out all the amenities at www.vailcascade.com. This is a AAA, 4 diamond property and Vail’s premier ski in / ski out hotel. Our guest rooms contain a contemporary sitting area, over-stuffed pillows, down comforters, pillow-top mattresses, granite sink vanity, high-speed internet and a 42” flat screen TV. We will have a ski concierge, 2 outdoor pools, 3 outdoor hot tubs, a 78,000 square foot fitness center, herbal steam room and indoor hot tubs in each locker room. The Vail Cascade has impeccable service and exhibits a great attention to detail

I sent 12 requests for proposals (RFP’s) in an effort to obtain the best pricing for our group. All 12 destinations wanted our business but only 3 of them made a serious effort to obtain our business. The Vail Cascade was very interested in having us return to their hotel. In addition to a great room rate, they also provided us with a daily breakfast at the 25+ item buffet (valued at $25 per person per day) in the Atwater Restaurant. This is a fine restaurant and the daily breakfasts will provide our group with the opportunity to connect daily with each other.

Working with the airline industry is always difficult; their level of service seems to diminish yearly. I was hoping to have the same price into Eagle/Vail that we had this year, but no luck. However, I was able to book great departure and arrival times

This outstanding value from Tampa will only be $1,369 and the ground only package is $999. Our flight-inclusive trip is $30 less per person than the 2009 trip, but we are flying directly into Eagle/Vail. In 2009 we flew to Denver and took a bus to Vail. Our ground package is $100 less than 2009. Keep in mind that your 2011 trip includes a daily complimentary gourmet breakfast.

What FSA does for you:

  1. Round trip discounted airfare directly into Vail.
  2. 7 nights at the Vail Cascade Hotel Resort & Spa (4 diamond, Ski-In / Ski-Out property).
  3. Daily gourmet 25+ item breakfast.

Please note: the timing, location, hotel quality (4 diamond), direct Vail flight, ski-in/ski-out location and complimentary breakfast before you settle for any trip other than Vail 2011 with Florida Ski Adventures. The more you know about skiing, the better you will like Florida Ski Adventures.

Please mail your trip application and deposit check of $200 per person as soon as possible. It is important to secure your space on the trip since we are not always able to book additional rooms and flights at the same substantial savings.

Regards to all,
C.K. & Mohit
